TRENTINO ALTO ADIGE - Situated in north eastern Italy, at the borders
of Austria and Switzerland. The region is actually two independent provinces,
Trentino with Trento as the main city and Alto Adige with Bolzano as the
main one. Both of them have variating climate and they represent a typical
alpine landscape with the amazing mountain chain the Dolomites. Villages
like Madonna di Campiglio, Andalo, Val Gardena and Val di Fassa are famous
for the ski possibilities during the winter and trekking during the summer.
There's also a part of Lake Garda and the beautiful Lake Molveno.
