MADONNA DI CAMPIGLIO- or Santa Maria di Campiglio, as it’s also called, is a chic and sophisticated village, and it is very popular among the italians. It is situated in a beautiful valley 1520 meters above sea level and is surrounded with forests. Madonna di Campiglio is situated in the heart of the Dolomiti di Brenta in the Trentino-Alto Adige region. A long time ago this was a shelter built by a monk, to protect the men who were wandering in the mountains. Today Madonna is a complete winter /summer vacation village with many elegant boutiques, delicious restaurants, pubs and discotheques, World Cup competitions in slalom and snowboard, interesting festivals and carnivals. In Madonna di Campiglio you ski on two different hillsides: the eastern one, and then the western one. The eastern has its highest point at 2267 m above sealevel: Monte Pancuglo.The western one has its peak at 2500 m above sea level at Passo Groseté. On the over 100 km pisted slopes and the 29 ski lifts you get a very varied vacation at the Alpes. The lift system in Madonna is connected with the ones in Marilleva and Folgardia (ca 50km of pisted slopes, and 26 ski lifts)both of them belonging to the Val Sole system. To get there you have to buy the SKIRAMA liftcard Val di Sole wich also includes Pejo Fonti and Tonale. Both of these villages have their own lift systems. All of the ski villages in Val di Sole are priceworthy alternatives with great slopes, nice hotels, modern apartments, restaurants, pubs, boutiques. If you wish to ski even more then you have to get SKIRAMA Adamello-Brenta (103 ski lifts, 260km slopes, and of those 260 km, 145 km of them are served with snow machines). This also includes Pinzolo and Monte Bodone who have their own ski areas.

LOCATION: Northcantral Italy in the Trentino region, ca. 49 km from Marilleva, ca. 60 km from San Michele, ca. 72 km from Trento, ca. 200 km from Milano, Venedig, Innsbruck.

RESIDENCE AMBIEZ IN MADONNA DI CAMPIGLIO
Located in Campo Carlo Magno, about 1 km from the centre of Madonna di Campiglio, in a sunny and panoramic setting at the edge of the wood: just in front of the Grostè cable car and the Pradalago chair lift. Close to the Spinale gondola that you can reach with skis on.
Expert excursionist they will be able to attempt in the famous the "via delle Bocchette" a fully equipped path that offers breath taking scenario over the Dolomiti di Brenta or to catch up the ValGenova and to go up on the glacier of the Adamello to the search of the historical exhibit of the world war.
For the most daring and the ones who loves new challenges, at the sports centre Extreme Waves, at about 23 Km from Campiglio, Rafting, Canyoning, Tarzaning, Hydrospeed and many other extreme sports are available at a favourable fare.
At the residence: snack bar, restaurant (also operating take away), covered swimming pool with panoramic windows dome, fitness room, sauna, solarium, play room, baby room, laundry, ski room and garage.
The welcoming apartment, are completely furnished, mostly with balcony, and equipped with all comforts: bath with shower, kitchenette or kitchen corner, telephone with direct line, TV-Sat. bed and bath linen, are supplied.
For the winter season we will open the new WELLNESS CENTER with Turkish Bath, Thalasso Therapy, Finnish Sauna, Bio Sauna, relaxing and invigorating showers, and a peculair relax area with mountain colours.

GARNI ST. HUBERTUS
Boarding house in central Madonna di Campiglio, ca 50 meter from skilifts and close to restaurants, pizzerias, bars and boutiques. 31 rooms all of them equipped with shower/wc, TV, radio, telephone, safetyboxes, some with balcony. The hotel has elevator, barservice, breakfastroom, terrace, TV-room,and conferenceroom for 20 -25 persons.

Hotel Alpina offers a relaxing atmosphere and all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay in Madonna di Campiglio: a nice garden as well as a sauna, a Jacuzzi and a solarium, furthermore, the Aldrighetti family personally takes care of the restaurant based on traditional local products, while for you rest, the rooms offers all the comforts of a modern hotel.
An Internet Point, a fitness room and a deposit for skis and ski boots are also available.
Hotel Alpina features double rooms with private bathroom and hairdryer. All of the rooms are furthermore equipped with electronic safe, satellite TV with Sky channels, Internet plug, heating and desk. Baby cots and one room for disabled guests are available, on request.
