in the "barchessa" (a typical Venetian structure) of an
18th century villa. The building, shaped like a horseshoe with a beautiful
flowering garden in the centre, is made of various apartments that
are occasionally rented and one which is inhabited by the owner. It’s
possible to go for walks along the paths in the property and the apartment
is an excellent starting point for visiting the famous places of the
Veneto region. 200 m from a food shop, 2 km Dolo (all kinds of shops),
5 km swimming pool and tennis, 20 km Padova and Venice, 40 km Vicenza.
The building is immersed in the green Venetian countryside and is
set at the centre of a 40 ha farm estate with cultivated fields, a
10,000 m² park and a very well-kept vegetable patch/fruit orchard
with ancient essences that were once typical of the area. The apartment
has a reserved and equipped outdoor area in the portico in front of

(250 m²) designed and built by the owner, a known artist of the
Veneto region, who enriched every corner of the house by using marble
and stones. Situated on a hillside in the Natural Park of Euganei,
the house has a panoramic position and excellent peace and quiet.
4 km Vò (all kinds of shops), 7 km Este, Arquà Petrarca
and the Abano thermal baths, 20 km Padova, Vicenza and the Ville del
Palladio, 60 km Venice. In a radius of just a few kilometres you will
find golf courses and swimming pools. Ideal position for cultural
and gastronomic outings in the small towns and the nearby cities.
Surrounding the house is a large private park (18,000 m²) with
equipped lawn, fruit orchard and olive trees and wood grove bordering
nature pathways. 2 covered car spaces. Upon request the owner is available
to accompany the guests in tours of the Riviera del Brenta villas
